This morning we were at sunny Southchurch Park Southend presenting more vital life saving equipment this time to Zoë Randall who runs the fitbugs.net group.
Zoe was joined by a number of her regulars to receive the defibrillator and thanked us for helping to create a safe environment for her group to maintain their fitness.
Thank you so much to the amazing Finish Line Fund for presenting us with this potentially life-saving equipment for our classes and members. I hope it never needs to be used but the peace of mind it brings is invaluable. I’m extremely grateful 🙏🏼
